Condition: This calendar would be good to take apart to use the pictures. Pictures are fine. The calendar is torn about 1" all the way thru on the fold right beside the word "Those" on the cover. There is a stain at the top of every page but it doesn't touch the pictures (see photo). The last two pages have a stain on the side which doesn't affect the pictures (see photo). Back cover has a big stain.

The calendar is 12" x 12", the pictures are frameable at 8.5" x 11".
